HeinOnline recently completed its staging of the U.S. Congressional Serial Set that includes the congresses from the 15th (1817) forward. It captures more than two hundred years of complete U.S. Congressional Documents. A smaller database is also housed on Hein with the documents from the most recent Congresses (2018-2023). If you check the HeinOnline Serial Set main page, you can see the arrangement of the categories in the tabs along the top of the page.
The LibGuide tab provides a range of research guides offered by Hein and other entities, including the Library of Congress, to assist with researching these documents.
