You must develop the mental muscles necessary to analyze and apply the law. Rely on study strategies you learn through the Academic Success Program and on information from your professors, considering study aids only to supplement or test your understanding. Some study aids, like the Examples & Explanation series or the Questions & Answers series are good sources of hypotheticals. Consult our and research guides for suggestions for specific courses.
